本项目源码采用 MIT 许可，完整项目许可见 /license.txt。
Bing 壁纸与 Open-Meteo 免费接口按个人非商用场景使用。软件许可证、在线服务条款和图片版权分别适用；本项目的 MIT 许可不改变第三方权利和条件。
所有组件与数据来源说明统一展示在“设置 → 关于”。

2. 天气与城市数据

3. Bing 图片
图片由 Bing 提供，版权属于对应图片权利人，标题、日期和摄影署名保留在壁纸信息中。
这不是自由商用图片许可；直连或云端中转也不会转移版权。
微软条款通常限于个人非商用，另行复制、再分发或作为产品内容可能还需权利人授权。

4. 日照计算
参考 NOAA Global Monitoring Laboratory 的太阳位置公式，在浏览器本地独立实现。

未使用 NOAA 标识，不表示 NOAA 对本项目背书。

5. 字体、图标与背景
仅使用访客设备已有的系统字体，不分发字体文件。常用网址使用名称首字。
默认渐变背景与 favicon 是本项目制作的代码图形；不附带第三方照片。
搜索引擎名称只用于说明跳转目标，不表示合作或品牌授权。

6. 部署软件
部署包只包含源码与配置，不包含 Node.js、Nginx 或 Docker 基础镜像二进制。
Node.js、Nginx 及容器内各系统包适用各自许可证；安装或再分发时保留其原始许可和通知。
